What does it feel like to let go of the forcing, the control, the perfectionism? This week on my Youtube Channel, I painted this curiosity into sacred stones and let my spiritual practice of watercolor show me how it feels through color, brush strokes and imperfections that end up being the beautiful thing.
For me, a practice like sacred stones feels like meditation and so I offer it to you to follow along to, with or without a brush in hand, and release anything you are grasping at along with me.
